In Severodonetsk, the russians destroyed the Ice Palace.

The russian occupiers destroyed the Ice Palace in Severodonetsk. The shelling caused a fire and the building burned down, said Serhiy Haidai, head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration.

According to him, the Ice Palace of Sports destroyed by the occupiers was one of the symbols of Severodonetsk. The stadium could accommodate up to 5,000 people. Its construction began in 1970, and 5 years later it was inaugurated.

“Ice, figure skating, hockey, volleyball, sports school, concerts, graduation – almost 50 years of history of sports and cultural development of our Severodonetsk,” – wrote Gaidai.

As reported, russian troops are trying to establish full control over the Luhansk region by June 10, but, as Gaidai said, the russian command is already calling a new date – russia Day, which falls on June 12.
