He added that the X-101 is one of the most expensive missiles in the russian army.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, a russian missile strike caused a fire in one of the nine residential floors, and three of its upper floors were partially destroyed.

Klitschko later clarified that two victims were hospitalized, but people may still be under the rubble. In particular, a seven-year-old girl was rescued from the rubble. She is alive. Klymenko also later said that at least one person had been killed when a russian missile hit a nine-story building in Kyiv.
